Design Corps Members are always producing great work and providing invaluable creative services locally and nationally. To highlight these accomplishments we bring you the Corps Close-Up series where Members can share their work and talk a little bit about their process.

Our inaugural post is a project by Bob Borden‘s Ideas and People for William Noble, a beautiful new rebrand for a classic jewelry retailer.

William Noble ~ A Project by Ideas and People
Over the last 33 years, William Noble has provided the highest standard of design, craftsmanship and excellence in luxury jewelry. William Noble is located in the historic Highland Park Village, America’s first planned shopping center in Dallas, Texas with other luxury brands like Chanel, Hermés, Cartier and Ralph Lauren.

The assignment was to rebrand this well-established retailer for a modern luxury consumer. After several strategic meetings, we defined four goals; maintain the elegance of the brand, position its relevance in the market and tell the brand’s story of history, craftsmanship, service, education and philanthropy. The final goal, designing an advertising campaign and marketing collateral that showcased beautiful jewelry and generated visual energy to create new excitement and new customers for the William Noble brand.

If you are a DC Member and would like to share a project, please contact Renee Innis at sayhi@design-corps.org. This series will be posted on the DC Blog, facebook, twitter, and via our eblasts. We look forward to hearing from you!
